The BB has to call here no matter what as long as UTG pushes. He has absolutley nothing to gain by folding regardless of whether or not the two bigger stacks both call.

on the contrary IMO. if UTG gets a call from the other two on his push...he has no choice but to fold - as he MUST beat any/all three to take 3rd. there is no 'side action' between him and UTG. he must beat everyone. (not saying he might not try, but it would be an easy fold for me)
