GamesGrid is it. They have cash games and an occasional private tournament. You'll need to get lucky to have the cash game going, however.

I'm hosting a NL KC Lowball $10+1 tourney at 9PM ET on Thursday Sept. 1-password is bayes. I think there's a private tourney this week also.
