ConJelCo has become the publisher of this title. We currently have b-stock available on our website at $9.95 and expect a new second edition to be available by about the end of September. We are pre-selling that at $15.00. However, the changes from the first to the second edition are very very minor. For the extra $5.05 you'll get a new cover, different typesetting, and re-editted chapters plus some revision but honestly not much.
We have to call it a second edition (or some such) because it will also have a new ISBN.
