I think I also like raising the river in this spot because I think a typical villain folds to the raise a decent amount. Assuming he also bets the river, you get the same amount against a made hand. Also, if by some chance he has a better hand than you, he is less likely to 3bet you on the river. If the board had more draws, I would be more inclined to raise the turn.
