A question about the PLO \"Kill cards\" chart in SS2
on pg 461 in my version.
Column four is titled "Subtracted value of each killer card"
I understand the whole chart and really didn't see it as being hard to create or anything, but I don't understand what this column means.
Can someone help me out?
