I wasn't aware of that although I really wasn't paying that much attention.
I was under the impression that most of the higher stakes games were spread in that elevated-area to the right side...very obviously NOT on the rail.
Putting the 30/60 games (as well as an 80...and I'm assuming the occasional no-limit game too) on the rail is indeed a decent way to go about it.
