I'd say you either need to fold to his raise or 3-bet if you thik you sufficient reason to believe he'd semi-bluff raise you here and often.

That call says "walk on me" all over it. Plus it made your initial raise look more like an attempt to steal the blind than representing good cards. Now you are on the defense.

I would've folded to his raise, not enough money to chase the flush or hope to pick up an A. I'd place him as betting on the jack. As a TAA, he may be defending his blind on the flop as opposed to PF to throw you off.
