I agree with everyone else: the Reuben/Ciaffone book is the way to go.
I believe Reuben has a new book coming out entitled "How good is your pot-limit hold'em?" which I for one will be buying as soon as I can. He has some very deep things to say, but, as has been discussed on this board before, some of his writing is anecdotal and not that useful, and some of his suggestions err on the aggressive side, to say the least.
The HE material in the book with Ciaffone was authored by Ciaffone and is much more down to earth, and very useful. Required reading.
