I hadn't checked up on my money at Neteller in a couple of weeks and when I did I almost puked.
There was a $10,000 transaction to PayPro that Neteller declined.
My neteller balance is a little over $12,000.
I am a low limit grinder that has no need for $10000 at any site.
On the phone immediately to Neteller.
The 1st CSR I spoke to was much less fluent in english than the average PartyPoker CSR.
At least she knew the magic words "Can you please hold while I transfer you".
Eventually I ended up at the security dept who changed my secure ID and password.
