The other answer (when table selection is thinner and everyone loves to fold; sup Absolute 1/2!) is to get the goddamn steamroller out and keep raising. KJs UTG? Raise! 55 in MP1? Raise! A7o in MP3? Raise! 64o UTG+2? Well you still need to fold that trash.
Keep doing this until you either make a fortune from stealing the blinds (Fillmaff style) or people start playing back at you with weaker holdings. Then once people think you are a LAGging donk (which you kinda are), you can get m4d 4ct10n on your premium hands.
