I don't mind a fold here. No one knows youve folded KK. It's a tough spot because you can be way ahead (A9o) or way behind (set) or more of a coinflip (pair w/ Ac). I think either have to A) grit your teeth and call (and hope for a blank) or fold and kick the cat.
