Short version: there is a show on ESPN and/or a video series of street basketball players who go around and make people look silly. I think one of the players (The Professor) looks a little like the OP. The end.
It has been on ESPN non-stop for about the past 3 years... if for some reason you have never seen it, you will if you just watch for any block of 2 hours during the afternoon.
