Ive read the faq. I just skimmed it again and it doesnt say anything about this.

Your response did bring up an interesting side question about NL though.

Ive seen people bring much more than the max buy-in to the table. They park all these chips on the table and play as if there is no max. Are they considered to be bringing more chips in on every hand to replenish their stack?

Are they actually allowd to do this? I saw a guy bring a rack of $10 chips to the table and blow through almost 3 rows in more then one hand. This is like $600 on a $300 max table. Is the dealer supposed to enforce the maximum buy-in policy?
