No, that is not what happened. I borrowed my mother's credit card with her permission, and wrote her a cheque for the $500 there and then. No, the cheque did not bounce.
I asked them repeatedly what I should do about the situation, and received zero response. I do not understand your position. If you made a mistake would you simply write off the $500 and shrug your shoulders? What avenue did I miss?
