Default OMG! Another Party support horror story.

I recently switched from AOL to cable with the resulting E-Mail address change.

The validation codes worked fine at Empire,MultiPoker and PokerStars but when I tried to deposit at Party for the AUGBONUS no dice.

I kept getting the validate E-Mail Popup and never got the validation code E-Mail.

After 2 hours on the phone 1 CSR insisted I had to change my E-Mail address.

After telling him that I have gotten E-mails from Empire,Multi,Absolute,PokerStars,Starluck Casino and even Party Poker announcing the August bonus: He still insisted I needed a new e-mail address to deal with Party Poker.

I asked to speak to a supervisor.

After 20 more minutes on hold I reached someone that had an accent and spoke much to fast to be understandable.

Eventually we saw eye to eye and she sent the validation code.

A truely enjoyable 3 hours. [img]/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]
