This is not in SS. It's in the intro (or somewhere near the beginning) of Caro's Book of Tells, and he says that blacks are not playing poker, they're gambling (Phil Ivey must be the luckiest SOB ever), and asians are either really good or, like blacks, gambling (this statement applies universally, and therefore, is redundant to a specific group).
