I don't think a skilled player would have to get too lucky to beat Party 5/10 for 3 BB/100 over 24k hands if they were single tabling. I'd say single tabling can add between 0.5-1 bb/100 to your winrate compared to 4 tables, at least in my experience (based on an insufficient sample size). 3 BB/60 is not feasible without a huge luck streak; that's almost twice 3 BB/100. I believe even the very best players would have trouble doing this.
