i was there during the 1st and 2nd weeks of july too.
the behavior was no better at 10pm on a Monday night or 2am on a Saturday morn.
grown men (from young adults to senior citizens) acting like babies pretty much sums it up.
I'm not sure if this is really THAT specific to the Bellagio though.
