At least two books I've read* suggest not playing these hands unless you have at least the 2nd nut: in this case the A or Q. I'll personally go down as far as 4th or so depending on how many are in the hand and how the action's going, but even then I'll want as cheap a showdown as possible.
Here, it's likely that anyone with a spade has a high enough one to beat you (unless they really like crappy suited connectors or Axo), so a fold here is a good plan imo.
PS: It's taboo to show the rest of the hand since you folded on the flop; skews results.
