Empire is terrible abour e-mails - they can't receive my e-mails at all. They tried telling me (when they called to verify my TV)I somehow have my e-mails to them blocked. After investigating this, the reverse is true - Empire is responsible for blocking any e-mails.
They still honor the monthly VIP bonus, but they haven't honored their other bonuses, which is why it's no longer my primary site.
Would you leave a large chunk of money with a site that doesn't accept e-mails and doesn't have a phone number?
