I disagree but I could be wrong. I 3bet this at 3/6 6max and 5/10 6max all day, but those are different games than 4/8 Wynn of course.
People who are saying it is "bloating the pot" are not understanding that villain is going to draw no matter how small/big the pot is. And, since you are +equity over him, you can get your money in on the flop and the turn.
Edit: on another note, going for a checkraise against a "solid player" when he's drawing to hearts on the turn won't work. He'll check behind and take his heart if he's any good.
