The whole book is pretty damn good.
My best advice would be to focus on the sections about post-flop play and not get bogged down too much in the pre-flop sections. Some of the really eye-opening sections, particularly for an NL player, involve situations where you have to call with a seemingly weak hand because you have a deceptively large number of outs and situations where you need to be very aggressive (usually on the flop) with a marginal holding in order to maximize your expectation.
