Game was at Zeke's sports bar in Rochester, New York. They no longer run the tournaments but were running for a solid year once a month and for 6 months once a week. The game is no longer running as it was shutdown even though the bar took $0 out of the tournament but profited heavily on drink sales. Another note, the one time I won the tournament was the one time I was sober... coincidence?
