I've always hated that "extract money" phrase. I fear it when someone flops a monster on one of the TV shows because I know 'That phrase" is coming. Maybe it's because I hate dentists.

Anywway, bet the flop. You don't want to give a free card to the A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. If nobody calls then, oh well, you weren't gonna get any money from them anyways.
