that is some crap - since players chips are under the same cameras as the dealers rack - isn't the casino responsible for theft - and shouldn't they rightfully replace stolen chips? They do have more than enough... And, isn't that partly a reason we tip dealers - to watch our chips as well ... I mean c'mon
