I don't think I rasie 99 UTG+1 - why would you do that. you WANT players in that hand - raising will not fold the GOOD hands but it will take away the weak ones that add to the pot if you hit.
Which you did not - thus - PERSONALLY (IMHO) after you did not win the pot on the flop I'm check/calling or check/folding (more likely) on the turn.
