This just happened to me. The following is the email I sent Poker Stars.

I tried rebooting and got the same thing. Finally, I was able to get to the table, but I could see the community cards,but I could not see my cards.

I demand a refund of the $21 for this SNG. Your hand history should show I played no hands.

You obviously have serious problems with your s/w. I will not be able to use Pokerstars until this is corrected.
