This, especially the first paragraph, seems a little shady, and I hope I'm not being scammed or anything.


Has anyone here had previous situations with paradise support, and were you asked to email a credit card statement as well?

Note: Paradise has not replied to my email asking why my account was frozen or why i have to do this.

Actually this seems to be pretty standard amongst online casinos/poker rooms when they suspect you of some sort of wrongdoing (such as using the wrong name, lying about your age, etc. etc.) It can also happen if one of your payment methods bounces or is denied. I've had to send info like this in to several online casinos to get my cashouts. And Party Poker asks for similar information if you want to be a "preferred player" and cashout faster.
