\"Extra\" fees to ship to Canada?
To those canadians out there, how much did you have to pay for duty on a 2001FP when you bought on ebay from a US seller? Also, I have heard that there can be horrible "brokerage" fees from UPS ground when using them to ship over the border, has anyone had any experience with that?
