he was talking about if there is more rape at the north pole or the equator. his theory being that its the north pole because:
at the equator its really hot, guys can see women's tits, they get horny and there's a lot of [censored] going on.
but at the north pole, it would be so cold that women wouldn't want to. then guys finally get so horny, bang, they gotta rape someone.
