I know none of you math people are going to like this, but I actually either fold the re-raise on the flop or call the turn. The reasoning being that the BB isn't going to play at you with less than two pair (IMO) on the flop, so you are behind no matter what the turn card is. On the turn you've actually picked up a straight draw (albeit to tie) which you are getting 6 to 1 to draw to and if you thought your AK was good on the flop (i.e. villian had TPTK), then it is still good now.
