I agree with the chorus. I had a hand last night where I just called a third bet with KK when the pot was guarenteed heads-up. But three-handed, the fact is that it is so likely that one player will drop out early in the hand, not raising now foregos an opportunity to take any money from half of your opponents. Bump it up.
