Actually, King of Rohan is Theoden. Eomer is the nephew. Eowyn is the niece, and sister of Eomer. And yes, I'm a nerd.

More nerdishness incoming! Eomer becomes the king once Theoden is killed though so one might list him as "King Eomer." Of course this is moot since it was Theoden, not Eomer who uttered the line in question.
