Good post!

I don't play much heads-up, so I'm not really in position to give advice, but I think you should play looser and more aggressive preflop. Villain is opening with Q4o, 85o, 87o so I think you have to adjust and start 3-betting with more hands and also calling more raises from BB.

I would definitely read more heads-up posts like this.
