I call.

When you open raise with T9s (or such) and get raised you will usually be ~2:1 in the pot and 1:2 in the hand, making it about even.

I think the factors that affect your decision are situational: position, stack size, image, etc.

In this case villain has 8XBB and is most likely willing to push a wide range of hands. (favorable)
You will not have to play the hand OOP ATF (favorable)
Blinds are going up to 50/100 leaving you with 10XBB if you fold, and 7XBB if you call and lose, 18XBB if you win. (call if you are an accumulator, fold if you are a survivor)
Villain can't cripple you (favorable)
