Currently I use the table mods for Party/Empire etc on Pokerstars. You just put the file in the gx folder and rename it to bg.jpg. The thing is you cannot use the regular pokerstars shortcut that checks for updates because it will see files from the wrong date and replace them. You have to use the pokerstars.exe instead. In another thread Lee said this was okay to do, but you might want to run the update once a week so you have the latest client.
