This is false. It does not interfere with sleep. That is what the studies say and that is my direct experience.
To the degree I know anything about how these things work, your information looks accurate. I'll take you at your word that you are a physician, but "it does not let you sleep" is an extremely inaccurate characterization of the effects of modafinil.
