I'd be a little fascinated to see you go into your version of detailed pharmacology. Implying that you can rattle off detailed pharmacology off the cuff but don't care to bore the readers is a laughably transparent ploy to sound undeservedly authoritative. If you have any specific expertise on this subject that you didn't obtain by trolling google, then please name it.
