Honestly, it is pretty damn difficult to get a waitress' number. They get hit on ALL THE TIME by guys, at work cause they're there, and off work cause they're usually hot.
I wouldn't mess around. Call her when you're thinking of her. That's the end of it. This whole waiting BS is just a stupid game... and if she's really into you, she won't give a crap whether you call her after the precisely "coolest" number of hours or not.
