Maybe I'm wrong, but I think there are 2 Aces, 3 Queens that don't make a flush for 5 clean outs. The 4th Queen may be an out if he has a set or two pair. The other three kings are outs if he has two pair. [As for two pair, I think you have to at least consider the possibility that he has AJs, ATs or JTs, although none would have been the greatest pf call in the history of poker.]
