it depends on how quickly loretta comes back and what you expect from him when he does. he also doesn't strike out as much as soriano, since it looks like that's -EV for your league (so don't go get bellhorn [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img])
what you're really doing is replacing ortiz w/ jason bay or whoever you get in that util spot and upgrading from lopez/loretta to soriano...my guess is you come out slightly behind there.
hermanson i don't trust at all. he's got a K/BB of 18/11, which isn't all that reliable for a closer. then again, Looper's no great catch either.
in the end, it's probably a coinflip.
how deep is this league that you have those starters?
