a) extend the time in between blind raises... tell them 15 minutes is fine for online -- with a millisecond long shuffle and deal in between hands -- but its not okay for live games where 5 or more of the 15 minutes are spent dealing and shuffling
b) put a timer on each players' decisions
c) find a different game or start your own
