I'm sure it's not for tax reasons. Have you ever tried to pull a large amount of money out of your bank? The hassle is enormous. He probably keeps the cash for his side games so he has easy access without endless forms to fill out when he wants to get it. I would guess he probably has lines of credit set up with most of the major casinos as well so he doesn't have to travel with much cash.
