Yep. CSF is just a contrived figure and may only be relevant for comparison of personal results (i.e. running good etc.) or players who play similarly.

Good judgement will undoubtedly push it up, but also we do not know what the effect of V$IP is; it is likely as another poster says that a higher V$IP will result in a lower CSF, this makes sense. We can expect to see at least some movement along these lines.

I guess we need to see V$IP along with CSF as well.

I really only use CSF to judge my own results (if I can be bothered). When the original post was made some months back many posted similar CSF, I do not recall if V$IP was discussed.

Can we also expect that W$atSD to improve when Flops/SD are typically HU? Higher limits may see the CSF moving up for this reason.
