Default Re: 10/20 6max what kind of animal am i? (stats post)

I think the number that people typically get is around 0.185

For example:

WtSD 0.35 (35%)
Won$SD 0.52 (52%)

CSF (Consolidated Showdown Factor) = 0.35 x 0.52 = 0.182

The figure creeps up a bit for each additional % Won (at 54% CSF=0.189, at 51% CSF=0.179).

I do know of players who see 37-38% of SD consistently and they report a Won $ rate around 49-50%. For these figs CSF could be as high as 0.190

A CSF between 0.18-0.19 seems to be the norm. Of course this is only an artificial "factor" but it would be surprising if anyone deviated far from this (long-term). Of course there will be extremes, and the "forumula" may fall down in those circumstances. I may swing up/down dramatically at either end.

For your results your have CSF=0.204

I would tentaively suggest anything over 0.190 is unusual for long-term results.

People might wish to contribute their figures for results >50K hands on this thread, we could then get some kind of idea of its reliability as a measure of SD performance.
