You can get a reasonable estimate of VPIP and PFR after 30 hands or so, but I wouldn't start doing anything dramatic based on those reads until 50 or 100 hands. If you use them to push borderline decisions one way or the other, that's probably OK. Ag factor doesn't converge as well. You might have a decent estimate after 100 hands, but you won't get closer than +/- 0.1 until over 1000.
