You raised with Q5 and Q8 when your opponent had 4.5 and 7.5 BB. If he has less than 10 BB you should put him all-in in the first place. After his reraise you are absolutely committed to call. Your chances of winning with a hand like Q5o against a hand like e.g. AJo are around 36%. That's not too bad.
The other hands seem fine to me.
