There was a point last night where we weren't getting anywhere close to this. I couldn't believe the slow pace of the game. Every hand the dealer was making change for someone buying in (Go to the freakin' cage!) or taking a quick nap before dealing the next hand. A couple of us complained to the floor who said "she's doing fine...". It really pissed me off that the dealer didn't care and wasn't paying attention to the game at all. It felt as though the players were running the game as opposed to the dealer.

BTW - The time charge isn't that bad when you doing well, but if you aren't getting cards it hurts. There have been mixed rulings as to whether you can pay out of pocket or not, but I've always found you can.
