you must experience the commerce low limits.. for some reason 4/8 attracts the nuts and regulars, which might have something to do with 3/6 and 4/8 being in a different place in the cardroom from 1/2 and 2/4, and the second limit up is generally the loosest. At commerce 4/8 every few hands is capped preflop, and at the 3/6 it happens maybe once every half hour.
