i agree with others, the almost min check raise is very bad...
call me greedy, but i really like a weak lead/3 bet all in - it puts anything below KK or AA to shame and is a line many take with a set. your folding equity decreases slightly but not too much i don't think because despite villain's better odds to call, it's more of a line for a monster. and i haven't done the math, but the dead money might very well make up for the loss in fold equity... so personally, especially if i'm in a gambling mood, i like a weak lead/3 bet all in.
